Filet Mignon With Herb and Garlic Rub
1 1/2 teapsoons minced fresh basil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4-4 ounce beef tenderloin steaks
Cooking spray
Combine first six ingredients together in a small bowl and rub evenly over steaks. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat sprayed with cooking oil. Add steaks and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is acheived.
