Beets - A rich source of folate and has natural red pigments that are natural cancer fighters.

Cinnamon – Helps control cholesterol and blood sugar.

Pomegranate Juice – It’s loaded with antioxidants and may lower blood pressure.

Swiss Chard – It’s packed with carotenoids that protect the eyes.

Dried Plums – They have cancer-fighting antioxidants and are also known as prunes.

Pumpkin Seeds
– They are packed with magnesium and contain high levels of minerals that lower risk for early death.

Sardines
– Contain omega-3’s, loaded with calcium and contain no mercury. They also have iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and manganese and are full of B vitamins.

Turmeric – It has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties.

Blueberries – Associate with better memory and can be purchased fresh or frozen.

Canned Pumpkin – High in fiber and immune stimulating vitamin A.
